TMCHD screen blackouts

Yesterday afternoon, I was watching a movie on tmchd and the screen blacked out for a second or so every 5-8 minutes.

It was an overcast day so I checked my signal strength.

Power 100/SN 15.8x

Is this a bug in the Motorola stb or on Voom's end, or just from the TMCHD transmission?

One of the cartoon channels did the same thing to me yesterday evening.

This is a known problem with the Voom stb. It happens on any channel using all types of connections (composit, s-video, component, and DVI)
