Tivo vs Dish

I have not been on here in a while, and did not take time to read every topic title but, on monday I was informed that dish lost thier lawsuit with tivo. Which means they have to pay out millions to tivo not to mention that dish was ordered to turn off over 40 million dvr services. so if this has already been posted please disregard and let me know and I will delete this post. Thank you.
