Timetrax 1.4 won't connect

1.4 version starts up, but cycles through "ready"/"connecting to media"/ready" constantly

I'm getting -unable to parse stream--error code str103

It was working fine, but now I can't get it going

What should I do next?

Are you using any kind of Anti-Virus/firewall on your system?

I have Norton Internet Security as well as Windows Security for XP. I turned both off and still can't connect.

What would be nice is that posts here of a solution so that members can search the forum for messages that might have their problem in it. So far we have a lot of complaints but nothing can be found to solve them....

I would suggest going back thru their support site and open another ticket or update an existing one (if possible).

They could also be working on re-creating it and might not be able to get to see what you are seeing. There is also a DEBUG switch (it was available on the Betas) that maybe they can ask you to turn on (I do not know what/where it is) and then get them more information.....
