One of the PIA's I had with my 722 was with the timers. If Tribune did not flag a repeat show properly, it would record as new. Was going through my timers on my new Hopper and noticed that this problem has gone away. An example is the Today show. I had/have it flagged to record new episodes. NBC replays the Hoda and Kathy Lee episode at 2:05 AM the following morning. On my 722 it would flag that showing as new and I would have to go into the daily schedule and cancel that recording. Now on the Hopper, it is flagged as Skip. Had a similar problem with Mythbusters and Dangerous Catch when they ran all day marathons of old episodes. I'd have to go in and skip each showing. Noticed that they are not being flagged as New and are not scheduled to record on my Hopper.
Is this just on the Hopper or have they fixed it in other DVR's?
