Time Warner Cable: Will Tivo work with digital phone

Hi, Because of my issues with Time Warner's EPG, I am considering buying a Tivo HD for $89 and getting Tivo service. I've heard that Tivo doesn't play well with digital phone. Is that correct?

TiVo will not affect the digital phone service. I think the confusion is that it will not show caller id on the screen since it does not interact with the phone service at all.
