Hi guys im new in this forum
I have Time Warner Cable And i live in Southern California
I have 2 TV's a RCA Standard Definition And a HD Philips
Both of them worked awesome till we moved to Time Warner Cable
Its kinda hard to explain it so i just took a picture

The picture is too much on the left and a little bit on the right
its too big and this happens on ALL of the channels not just ESPNEWSHD

This one is when i go to a nonhd channel and when its letterboxed
it clearly shows that the right bar is bigger than the left.

Same thing here but in SD its much much worse.

I suspect its TWC's Fault, The cable boxes are fine, CVI and HDMI Cables are ok, tried everything nothing worked

I would check the timewarner box to see if there's an option to switch from 16:9 to 4:3, and try different connector outputs (ie, coaxial, RCA, different HDMI, etc.) and finally if you're still having issues call timewarner, a signal outside the title safe region is unacceptable and ask for refund or switch to OTA or Satellite.

Try changing your TV to "normal" or what ever it is called on your TV. Then change the aspect ratio on the cable box. The middle picture looks like a 4:3 program that was also letterboxed.
