Time to shop for FTA receivers on ebay?

Reports are coming in on the other sites that FTA boxes used on dish and bev are going down slowly. Hopefully it'll be a buyers market again, at least for a couple months so I can pick up some new hardware to play with like I did this summer.

If you search, you can find new recent FTA receivers on Ebay for less than the prices being paid for used old-model ones - because Average Joe does not know how to search.

I'm not talking used ones. All the hackers that sell the new ones will hopefully be in the mood to dump their stock if things stay down for a while. That's how I got my first CS5k (New in box)for $50 shipped. I got my Pansat 3500SD for $80 shipped (new in box) during the most recent downtime.

Agreed , 2 of the receivers I picked up during the Downtime had only the DN channels scanned in, didn't bother me a bit.

I just started from scratch with a Factory Reset.
