Sounds like lots of work is going into the new forum and this isn't a show-stopper, but...
It seems if I edit my post maybe once or maybe within a minute or two, there is no "last edited at this time" appended to it.
I have two suggestions:
1). lengthen the time to an hour or more (or better yet...)
2). stop appending the edited notice unless there is a subsequent post in the thread.
The latter is common on some forum software, so I'm sure it's an option in vBulletin.
