I heard the crowd left in a good mood feeling like they finally got their monies worth.

Why do I get the feeling though that Sigfield and Roy will be sporting a new white tiger carpet at their mansion soon?

To oppress a living creature, take it from its natural enviroment and try to mold it into your way of life so you can benefit from its now beaten existence is as puzzling to see glee from outsiders when that same
defeated creature rebels and sometimes kills it creator.

The abused strike back anyway they can by whatever means is possible. And we cheer them on at times, and hope for their freedom, because they were robbed of theirs. In this instance, the magician is the villian, but becausehe is of the human race the tiger will be destroyed.
