Thinking of moving from Dish to Brighthouse

I'm thinking of moving from dish to bright house, my only cable provider in the area. Any opinions on if I'm making the right choice? How's customer service at BH? I live in Alabama.

What kind of DVR capabilities will I have?

My main goal is to have 4 TVs and use DVR on two. Need HD service. Do they have a good selection of HD compared to Dish?

How's their Internet service when compared to DSL via BellSouth/AT&T?

I will say this much. Dish has the absolute best equipment out there and if you like your Dish DVR's now it will be very hard to get used to anything else.

Hi, all I have with Brighthouse is the Internet. The service has been excellent with steady speed. Everytime I have checked it it has been at or near what I'm paying for on both the down and up loads. I have a VOIP phone and never have any trouble with it. BTW - the phone is by Callcentrics, not Brighthouse. Later, DC
