The Word Network

I seems to be receiving everything else but the word network on transponder 11966 - galaxy 25. Is this channels still available? I can only get 10 quality on this transponder ..all other channels seems to be fine .

help ..this is the channel i really need ..

I am getting it. The signal is 74 and Quality 78

I have had WORD mostly on until today and now it has dropped off on the Fortec 5400. Down to SQ of 10. Lock is about 25. I still have a lock on the Mercury, but that has a 80 foot shorter run, but SQ the is over 60. I also notice the 5400's symbol rate is 21984 and I can not change it. The Merc is 22000. Might this be the problem?
