I would just think that Echostar is just removing those TPs from the table, so that they can be re-leased.

Echostar also leases TP space.

I have seen backhauls on 121 before.

EchoStar leases TP space on 105W from another company, not the other way around.

105W frequencies (and the AMC 15 satellite) is owned by a European satellite company that was supposedly planning a US Ku Band satellite service, and it is rumored that E* leases the space mostly to prevent anyone else from setting up something there.

My Broadlogic Spectrum Analyzer shows no signals on Transponders 14 and 16 at this time.

E* re-leases TP space on AMC2 @ 85W. They even have a slate that is broadcast in FTA that has contact info. So it would not be unreasonable for E* to re-lease space on 105W (AMC15)
