The New UI-- will we be able to schedule the nightly reboot?

I don't think I have seen info among the recent blizzard of postings regarding changes to the nightly reboot schedule in the new UI. I plan on replacing my two H2's with a H3 very soon. Assuming that DISH will ditch the current rigid process, do any of you know how that may change on the new H3?

I got a feeling only the Hopper 3, Joeys attached to it, and the Wally are getting the new GUI.

Those that do know, can't say....

Two other comments are: 1) Dish removed this option on the Hopper and probably for a good reason. Users may not like the reason, but that doesn't change the technical aspects that may require it. 2) About 1-1/2 years ago, and this may contradict # 1, a person "in the know" said that this option was added back in the software and would show up in the next update. It didn't... Why did Dish add it and then decide against it again ?

It's been said by Scott that the UI is still plan to be released to the Hoppers, but the current concentration is on the H3. I know employees are still using the new UI, last I talked to some friends from my past.

I have learned if you leave Netflix on and the system does not reboot at 1:30, one of my hoppers gets pissed the next day and at some point in the day it needs a manual reboot...................maybe its just my setup but it seems to happen to me. You would not think a Linux based code would need constant restarting like this.

If you leave Netflix on the "Do you want to exit Netflix - Yes/No" screen and the Hopper then goes to sleep, it causes problems. It seems to get hung up and unresponsive for a couple of minutes. Don't have to wait until the next day...

Plenty of people have posted screenshots and talked about it here in the past few months (although the posts seem to get deleted (for their own job protection)) and they never mentioned, or even gave a hint or slip, that they were using a Hopper 3. They are surely using Hopper 1 or 2 units.
