The Exploding HR20 - a new WMD

This from a friend of mine. While moving his HR20 around to connect it to an external hard drive he hears popping sounds and blue sparks coming from his unit. Then it is dead!

Has anyone heard of that?

Yep he got a new one already! As for the sparks color, I like blue better!

My H20-600 did something like that! I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of pops, blue flashes of light and the smell of burning circuits. The freakin thing caught on fire! D* sent me a new one under a lease since that one was owned. Some of these units get too hot!
