With Dixon, Oregon could have been the best in the country. Without him, they're not in the top 10. Every team out there is one key injury away from mediocrity.
I watched as much as I could seeing it didn't start till 9 est.
I wanted to see Dixon play, he makes thier offense very fun to watch, not knowing where the ball is going. Unfortunatly he didn't last very long.
I do think they are the #1 team with Dixon, but obviously without him they will not be anywhere close to a NC this year.
While I enjoy thier Offense, where is thier Defense, did they make the trip, or is this like most other Pac 10 teams, all O no D ?

Yes all pac 10 teams have this problem!! Tho only pac 10 school i like is Oregon State. If i would have not gone to Texas which has this problem this year Oregon state is where i would have gone to!:up
Well I see no reason for the # 2 curse to STOP at this point in the season ....
Should they just give the NC to Ohio State now, seeing no #2 can play and win ....
Or do you guy's actually want to play the game first.

They were the best in the country with Dixon, in my opinion. Would've been interesting to see how things played out with him healthy.
Craziest NCAA season I've ever seen. Six #2's lose to unranked teams, 17 top 5 teams lost to unranked teams. This all started with Michigan losing to Appalachian St.. in week one. A playoff system would have been really exciting this season!
