My family is heading out of town for Turkey day. I've been pulling my hair out, trying to figure out how to watch the NFL games live. I'm on DTV. For the past several days I have been looking (seemingly everywhere) how to view them.

I will a wireless connection
I will have a data connection (AT&T) Samsung Galaxy S4
We can bring a laptop (if necessary)

I have contacted DTV several times, but they're as useless as a squirt gun at a forest fire.

Are there ways to watch these live from my laptop of phone?

Thanks.

Get a phone ap called film on..it has local stations..it is better than nuthi

Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using SatelliteGuys mobile app

When we had our Sirius satellite radio active in our van, we would just tune to the game on there, when we would be on the road during Thanksgiving.

I have the ST online package,it's available via pc,tablet, and smartphone. All you need for tablet or phone is the ST app,and wifi connection.

Isn't ST for only Sunday games? I think the op is asking about the Thanksgiving games. For the price of ST they really should give you the Thursday & Thanksgiving games. But as another op advises, Sling Box, in my case, Belkin @TV, both invaluable investments. For the price of 1 month's D* bill it pays back itself in no time.

All the Thanksgiving games are available OTA. No need for ST to provide them.

Lol...no need.....we all do it sometime or the other. I replied earlier to a post that it was the first time I was seeing a particular article that was said to be posted in another thread, only to find out I actually posted a reply to the very same article in the first thread.

I'd second this as your best option, you can view anything your receiver can do (live or dvr), and they have an android app so you can watch on the phone easily.
Does this work from anywhere in the world? That's an expensive "one game" option. Although my daughter will be heading to Peru for a semester making this a great option, if it can be used there.

I have no cable available... or this would have been a no brainer;)
You would just need to use an Antenna to pick up the game on CBS or Fox in the local market you are in. The following is the times and who is playing on Thanksgiving:

NFL games are as much a part of Thanksgiving as turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. This year's holiday featured a heaping helping of intriguing matchups. Take a look at this year's intriguing slate of Turkey Day football:
» Packers at Lions (12:30 p.m. ET on FOX)
» Raiders at Cowboys (4:30 p.m. ET on CBS)
» Steelers at Ravens (8:30 p.m. ET on NBC)

If you want to listen to the game during your drive, you will have to find a Westwood one affiliate in the market that you are in, if you do not have Sirius or XM in your vehicle. Streaming it over your phone will eat up a lot of data, just as a reminder.

Interesting, I have this installed, but I never seem to be able to watch games. I also only need this for Thanksgiving day, does this app actually show MNF and Thursday night games?

Unfortunately it doesn't work for Thursday or Monday night games.I have used the app on the Kindle Fire, and it works great for Sunday games.

Unfortunatly that's expensive one option from nfl.com this year. I need to watch this game on my xperia, can even pay few $ but is it worth for one game only ?
