Terrestrial Repeater Out in Philly for 4+ Days

Just got off with Customer Service again...Seems the Terrestrial Repeaters in both Philly and Delaware are "down for maintenance".

They have been down since late Friday afternoon, I called Saturday and the CSR had no idea of an outage. He checked into it and confirmed they were down and would be back up in about 24 hours.

They were down all day Saturday, Sunday and now Monday...

Is this is a frequent thing??

Wow! That's some really interesting information. I'm kind of surprised that CSR didn't have any idea what was going on though. I think it was more like they didn't want to tell you what's up.
