Terminating the service w/ free box promo

I have not watched the SkyAngel IPTV in about a month. I upgraded my C-band satellite dish and get the two channels that I watched the most on it. I am going to cancel the IPTV service and pay the termination fee. I signed the 18 month contract and I am in my fourth month. What can I do with the IPTV box?

Seems to me you're eating a term fee when you might be as well off just keeping it. Unless someone just wants a 2nd box and is willing to give you a few bucks you might as well just donate it to charity.

I'm not sure if SA will want it back but that is a possibility as well.

Here is what I did. I called SA and lowered my service to the Faith package at $14.99.

The way I calculated it I could cancel the service all together for $200 or for an additional $10 keep it for the next 14 months. That is fine by me.

Basically what I was saying. Good to hear that they allowed you to downgrade.
