Telephone tested but wont display caller id?

Thanks for the photo. My wife, with the 22" tv, has macular degeneration and glaucoma. Maybe I can figure out a way to install our 52" in place of the 22", this way I could justify buying a 55" or 60" for the den 4k of course.
One other problem is not having our separate DVRs, might not get the HWS until there is a way around this.

I can't imagine the "new & improved" caller ID on 22' but then all I can do right now is imagine :) Hopefully they'll fix it in the next update.

Yeah, I'd get rid of that 22"er. For someone with sight issues, especially macular degeneration, it's just too small. Heck, the smallest screen I have in my house is my 27" monitor on the Mac, and I have no sight issues at all besides a beginning cataract.

Caller ID is not working for me on the H3. On the original Hopper I just returned, it also stopped working a year and a half ago, but I managed to "fix" it a couple days before the H3 came by clearing the Caller ID history. It was nice for those two days.

You should see it on the lower left corner of your screen. It is pretty small, much smaller than the old UI. Go up to post 13 of this thread and you can see what it looks like. Another question, do you have anything in your History? Menu, My Account, Call ID History...

people have asked about the size of the caller ID box with the new UI - on my 55" Panasonic it's 1-1/4" high x 10-3/4" long
I remember when the first receivers with caller ID became available and it took 1/2 the screen.
People complained then that it was too big.
I guess DISH got even. :D
They really need to make it bigger like it used to be.
