I received a call from technical support saying they noticed that I am having some signal problems. They asked me if I wanted a tech to come out for free to check things out and fix anything. I said yes (I have been noticing some signal issues). I have been a customer for over 7 years and I have not seen anything like this before. Is this something new? Is there a catch? It is legit since I got a confirmation email and call from DISH confirming my appointment.
