I tried ordering through the website, but it kept saying technical difficulties. After that failure, I called and ordered through an automated voice system. It charged me and changed channel 116 to say I'm authorized.
The reason I think I might still have a problem is the website doesn't list CI under my sports programming.
It lists it down in the ordering options.
I guess a will have to wait until the free preview is over to see if I have to deal with the fun filled world of Directv tech support.
