what does the error of tcp acceleration mean?

is the only problem revolving around tcp acceleration? if so, check fittings, proper grounding, and cross-pol. after verifying, force range, check failed transmissions and calculate ack'd/nack'd. run onsite validation tool if needed. if the radio is crapped....replace it.

The PEP backbone cannot fully connect. see pic. This could be a problem with the transmit unit, but I have seen the noc have to decom the unit because of a corrupt download.
