TBS6983 card and Diseqc 1.2

Hi guys,

Has anyone actually tested Diseqc 1.2 commands with this card?

I'm using ProgDVB, I set up the list of sats, assigned numbers etc.

When I run ProgDVB i see in the logs it tries to send Diseqc command to change the position, but
there is no reply from the card, my positioner does not respond to the request.

I checked TBS-SDK, but it has not been updated to support 6983. So I'm not sure if 1.2 is actually working
on this card. They list it in the specs, but it could be just marketing mumbo jumbo...

My positioner works fine with X2. so it must be the card/progdvb.

Has anyone compiled a command line utility to send "goto" diseqc commands to this card?

You using windows or Linux? wait, this works, for me, under wine in Linux Mint & Ubuntu: http://www.juras-projects.org/eng/software.php (uses the audio out)

Have you tried DVB Dream? DD, last time I used it, requires you to write the DiSEqC hex commands for each position. I have a TBS card but not that one of course. The main reason I don't use it is because it is not compatible/supported DiSEqC wise with the software I like to use. Did the card come with ProgDVB? I wouldn't think TBS as a Co that needed to blow smoke

I use TBS 5925 and EBS Pro and all DiSEqC commands work normally. Suggests the use of EBS Pro with all TBS cards.
