I believe that is how they are handling overlap between playoff games. Once the TBS game ends the TNT game moves over to TBS and TNT goes back to the movie.

Yes, that is is exactly. They are using the TBS graphics for the baseball game due to the Yankee-Cleveland game going into extra extra innings.
