TBS HD and MLB '07

I was curious about TBS and HD availability. Since TBS will have the new baseball package in '07, I am assuming there will have to be some changes. I do see some positive aspects to TBS going HD full time. I was wondering if there is any information about HD for TBS.

The OTA baseball (Braves home games) coverage and PQ are fantastic so hopefully for the rest of the country it will happen.

I'm sure they will, if this station ever comes about. But the channel would be great for sports.

The channel already exist. It's called BravesTV on satellite Galaxy15 transponder 15. Of course it's encrypted (MPEG2/HD-PowerVu). I have seen some of the Braves games in HD via INHD. It looked amazing.

Well, they go OTA HD for the Braves games here in Atlanta, but only at that time.

So far they don't. The only thing I have seen in 1.78 is Baseball. All SD 1.33 programs are up converted and shown at 1080i 1.33. Unfortunately all films are P&Sed to 1.33 also.
