Unbelievable. Though, I'm surprised that this is not already in place.

What scares me is that somehow, somebody will find a way to tax the "supplier" of the programming as well, since they "manufacture" programming. It's out of hand. Period. NO common sense prevails where good ol' American GREED steps in to say, "I want a piece of YOUR pie because it's easier than finding a way to make revenue on my own!" (the corporate and government mentality these days.)
