Wife had system installed and everything was working a few days later now it is not working. Signal strength across the board is 0. nothing has moved as far as we know. On these systems is there a specific az. and el. or just point south? My experience with sat install is all military and this is obviously out of my norm. Recievers in both rooms in house are not finding a signal. Can you test the LNBF(thanks iceberg for the info on that)?

Yes, we would need your zip code or you can look in the receiver's dish setup menu to obtain the correct azimuth, elevation and skew (If needed) for your specific location. If all units in the home are down, my first guess is the dish moved out of correct alignment; second, check LNB.
This helps as well. Be sure to enter as much of your location info as possible AND your actual dish type.

IF its only been a few days , I wouldn't do anything but Pick up the phone and Get D*'s rear end out there and FIX it ASAP.
