We're having a Super Bowl party and have tv's in two adjacent rooms.I'm running one off the Joey but there is a lag between the two signals and it drives us nuts. Is there a way too sync them?
HDMI splitter I guess?Use a splitter and hook them both up to the Joey.
Probably. I use a modulator so I can use a regular coaxial splitter to send the signal from my Wally to more than one TV. My rooms are not adjacent, though, so I have no idea how well it stays in sync. This setup is only standard-def, so you would need to use an HDMI splitter if you care about HD.HDMI splitter I guess?
Syncing the Hopper recordings with Joeys would be a nice feature for DISH to add to the Hopper/Joey whole home system. There are several of us SatGuys that like watching the recordings synced to different rooms. There is no way to sync the Hopper and the Joey since the Hopper is getting the feed, then sending it to the Joey other than using an HDMI splitter
Ah, make sense. I wonder if using the dvr on the primary set and then pausing it till the rare the same would work? There is no way to sync the Hopper and the Joey since the Hopper is getting the feed, then sending it to the Joey other than using an HDMI splitter
Best bet is to do it manually using pause or rewind on the Hopper. We're having a Super Bowl party and have tv's in two adjacent rooms.I'm running one off the Joey but there is a lag between the two signals and it drives us nuts. Is there a way too sync them?

Well I'm having another SB party, any changes this year as far as sync?
How using OTA would you sync a recording between a Hopper and Joey?Could just use OTA. PROBLEM Solved!
