SWM technology

I have to install a new dish and two new receivers with SWM technology.
I want to know if there is any thing different when installing this equipment.
I have never installed this kind of equipment before.
Does the 4/way multi switch require power?
Is there a web site with written instructions on how to install.
We have installed other Directv dishes as well as FTA fixed and motorized dishes.

You can check DirecTV SWM8 - Single Wire Multiswitch - $159 Including Power Inserter - Free Shipping for some support information. The #1 thing I'd say is to read carefully how to use the power inserter and make sure you wire it correctly.

I found these very useful and used the setup depicted on page 30 to install my SWM-8.
