Hello,
I have a new SWM install with the SWS-8 splitter. Everything is working right, but I would like to add more receivers. I would like 4 DVRs (HR22) and 4 regular boxes, but this would require 12 tuners total (2 in each DVR plus 4 regular tuners). Can anything be done to allow me to connect all of these receivers?

Has anyone heard of Directv making a SWS-16 splitter?

Thanks very much,
Dave

2 dishes or you need to look at the swm switches.

The way I understand it is you can have a max of 8 tuners in operation at one time with the SWM LNB. You can hook up 4 regular recievers and 4 DVR's but at any given time you will only be able to use 8 tuners. Keeping this in mind, might solve your problem.
