switching polarity

I have my new qhp-31 and hh-90 motor installed, but I can not get the polarity
to switch on its on. I have put a disecq switch between the lnb and the motor
but I don't know how to make it switch. On my Coolsat 5K there is no option
for disecq ports when you are in motorized dish setup. I was thinking that maybe
that is what the 22KH switch is for but there is no information about what this
switch does in the manual that came with my receiver. any help would be
appreciated. Thanks

go into dish setup first and make the changes. Then save and go into motorized

thanks I;ll give that I try. I didn't reallize that It would save if you went to
motorized and then saved changes. thanks again

Still a no go, I pick up the linear but not the circular. any sugestion? I am going
back up on the roof and change cables.

make sure to turn receiver off with switch on back when adding/removing switches

If you are using a diseqc, hook KU into port 1 and DBS into port 2. Make changes in the "Dish Setup" and make sure ot save changes first

thanks for all the help. I changed ports on the disecq and everything is working
fine. I guess it must be a bad port. I am getting many satellite now, and all kinds
of channels. I can tell that I am really going to like this. Thanks again for all the help
