switching back to D* from Cable

I switched away from directv a few months ago...

after reading through some older posts it seems the HR2x dvr is no longer sluggish and has better features. is thus in fact true?

If they've made improvements I hate to think what they use to be like. I've only had an HD DVR (HR22) for a few months & I think its very sluggish.

I consider my HR21 to be sluggish. At times quite sluggish. But it does work, never misses a timer, never deletes anything that it isn't supposed to, pretty much all of the setup configuration options work (except for the "Channels I Get" guide option).

better features-yes
less sluggish-sluggish is an understatement,seems to change month to month,but from bad to less bad,then a bit better,but still unacceptable.(better than a moto box though)
