hey I currently have an EA and a Dish 500. I have the 119 plugged into the 4th LNB port of the EA. My question is, is it possible to add the 110 by putting the output of the EA into a DPP21 and the 110 into the second in. Would this get all 5 sats into one setup? I have a VIP211K btw, and if ur wondering why I wanna do this is because I can :-D

There's no such thing as a DPP21 (the DP21 is not a Plus switch).

Either way, it won't work for what you want to do. The DP21 selects one input or the other and passes it through the output. The EA/1000.4 can directly support up to 3 receivers. What happens when one receiver needs 110 and another needs 119?

It appears you have just the one single-tuner receiver, but the switches can't be combined this way. The only 5-sat solution is a DPP44 feeding a DP21 input 1 with the 5th sat on DP21 input 2, then on to the tuner input. As I mentioned before, the DP21 is not a Plus switch, so a dual-tuner receiver would need 2 lines and 2 DP21 switches.

Getting Verizon Hub, need to connect 622 to internet to avoid fee
