switch sd normal to hd normal

hello i just bought a 811 I have it hooked up via component cables as of now im only running 110 and 119. When I put it on a hd channel (hdnet) it stays on sd normal. How can I switch it to hd normal . I tried using page up /page down it only changed the zoom ty.

I'm not sure what you mean by SD and HD normal (4:3?). Have you pressed the Format button on your Dish remote or the aspect button on your TV remote? Have you upgraded to HD? Is the 811 an HD receiver?
