Swim 16 switch

i have a virtually brand new swim 16 switch the lady said it was installed 2 weeks before i got there to change them over to dish. there is no power inserter. i honestly dont know if it needs one or not i just know these switches are not cheap and figured it might be worth my time to list it if someone wanted it. message me if you are interested with an offer
