I already saw a DVD version of this as an MPAA member. If you like your musicals bloody this is the one for you. Not sure that I would want to see it in HD of either format.

of course it was fake but it still looked freakin awesome when he was killing those people.

Yeah - great movie! Surprisingly faithful to the original musical too although they left quite a bit out of the movie.

Don't be impressed.

BTW you don't have to whisper about the fact that the blood in movies is fake. Wqe all know. My only comment is taht if you are looking for Brigadoon this is not the movie for you but if you are looking for a dark musical this may be right up your alley.
