What Happened To The Significantly Viewed Channels Issue Where You Could Possibly Receive Out Of Market Locals?????????????

E* seems to have this on the back burner right now. D* offers them in my DMA (Hartford/New Haven), but a recent email to the Charlie gave the following reply,

"Thank you for your email. At this time there is not a scheduled launch to offer Enhanced Locals in your area. I will take the request that you would like to view New York City locals in Connecticut. "

Everything is on hold until after E*10 is all done being loaded up. After that, they will look to see where the signals reach and if they can offer SV. It may be a while before any more SV is lauched.
