I agree this season is boring. I dont know what it is but it seems like the players are getting stupider and stupider.... Maybe we will get lucky and there will be an all-stars season next.
They are doing too much recruiting, NFL players, models, flakes & star wannabe's etc... they need to recruit more fans that are "normal" people & have actually watched Survivor and understand the game...
Better yet, stop recruiting all together and going back to using only people that applied.

I would like to see some pampered pretties try to make it thru 39 days of no facials, mani-pedi's, and a wait staff to do everything for them. Could be entertaining. 
Another kicker, Jeff tweeted that no more opening sequence, I took that to mean from now on... I like that part as it reminds me who the Survivors are...
I wouldn't mind a celebrity Survivor for a summer series, not taking any time away from the Fall & Spring versions...
They sealed their fate by voting off Russell... when it gets down to Rob's cult only they will probably sacrifice themselves to save Rob, they are that stupid 
Enjoying watching them flame out.
I suspect the battle to come back on redemption will be awesome. The question is when will they come back. Plus, there is no jury watching tribals anymore , just the word of the loser as to what happened.

The game will get really interesting when the omatepe six are all that's left, and then they have to turn on each other. That is where Rob will need to play with serious skill. Finding a second idol would definitely help.
Mike you put to words 100% of what I wanted to say...especially since we see grant maybe thinking hey wait a second why do I do what Rob wants all the time...I think Grant will be a force to be messed with. Keep in mind they called Rob out big time at this tribal council so maybe the cobwebs are starting to get loose in the other 5 peoples head and they are thinking hey wait we need to get rid of Rob...welll make that 4 poor phil is on Rob Lock Down.
If they are smart they won't wait until they are down to their 6 to make a move. I can't tell for sure, but maybe the Secret Agent isn't as dumb as I thought. The only way he is going to make it to the end is to make others think he is a good choice to take. However, I'm not sure how he could convince other people to vote for him at that point. It will be interesting to see how Redemption Island works now. I wonder if just one person will go home from RI next week or if they will send two home.
