superstations question

So does anyone know if the bill was passed so we can still have our superstations?

The President hasn't signed the bill yet, no love yet either.....

SHVERA isn't signed YET, but it's virtually certain to be signed this week. I'm not aware of anything in SHVERA that would directly harm the superstations; in fact, it helps them out by allowing commercial customers of the satellite carriers to subscribe to supers (which is presently illegal). The only thing that might harm the supers is using the "significantly viewed" clause to add out-of-market UPN/WB to LIL packages, but then the supers are usually still available even where there is a local UPN/WB.
