Superstations - minimum requirement

Can I dump all of my Dish programming and just keep the Superstations? I doubt it, but figured I'd ask. It's the only thing I would miss should I switch to D*.

I doubt it since I don't think you can just have locals without a programming package. i would say Dish Family would be your only option.

I thought you could pay the $6 access fee and do it. Did they stop that option?

I never tried to do it! Your best bet would be call. You'll have to call them to do this anyway.

If you own the equipment you can but it will be the price of the superstations plus 5.99 or 6.99 access fee for not having a base package.

i think if you can get those stations for 5.99 plus the access fee it would be worth it if thats the only thing u wanna watch.

I've been told...

IF you own the equipment, you can get the Supers for $5.99 plus $6.00 for the access fee.

IF you lease the equipment you must have a minimum package, ie Family...$19.99 plus 5.99 for the Supers.

IF you find out differently please let me know.

Well if your gonna have to pay 6 or 7 bucks for a access fee for a few dollars you will get more for your money by going to the family pack.
