You should see a line entry on your bill in the next month or two. It will be for $0.00 but will say for NFLST (a placeholder). This is a queue that they will be charging NFLST to your account in the next 1-2 months to follow. Start calling then if you want to try for a discount.

I usually wait til late summer like MikeI says. Let all of the early birds set the limits on what they can get and once I see what everyone is getting I call and ask for the same thing.
