I recall at one point we were supposed to keep the chatter to a minimum in CE threads. I've seen a large increase in chatter the last few cycles.
Would it be too complicated to understand if we create two threads? One thread would be for Incident Reports and another for general comments and chatting. I feel this would help other CE participants to determine if there is a known issue, or not. Not to mention the fact that D* might have an easier time discerning a trend, or finding further info for incident reports.
