I have a TiVo Premier through Suddenlink and I'm seeing glitches and pixelation. The issue is most prevalent on the NFL Network and Redzone channel but I've seen it on other channels as well.
I've uploaded some photos of what I'm seeing. What's weird is that the graphics on the screen are unaffected. I've scanned the hard drive with no errors and connected the box to a different TV and different output with no change. I also checked the noise ratio (37), signal quality (94%), and RS #s (0) and all are acceptable.
This appears to be a provider issue but someone from Suddenlink was here yesterday and ran some tests and said everything looks good. He did see the problem on my TV and said it was strange. He called his supervisor but they offered no solution.
Is anyone else on Suddenlink seeing issues like this?
