I just hooked up a subwoofer to my home theater system and have a terrible buzz/humming sound. I did some troubleshooting and the buzz/hum goes away when I unplug my 622 from the wall. Does anyone know of a DISH approved isolator that I can use to eliminate the buzz/hum?

Sounds like you have a ground loop somewhere. Change where the sub power cord is plugged and see if there is a difference.

I've tried that but it didn't help. I also need to clarify that the buzz/hum goes away when I unplug the coax from the wall, not the power cord.

The 622 is not grounded - the outlet it is plugged into may have the fault or your house may have a problem. Also: Is your cable going to the Dish properly grounded?

Try changing the cable from the receiver to the wall and if it goes away then it was the cable that was bad it just didnt show up untill now. If that dont work check the wall plate this is just a place to start looking to rule out the easy fixs first.

Laptop Cooler, External USB HDD, and 622

Dish with 47" Vizio HDTV?
