Having trouble understanding your question, I think you are asking if there is a good transponder to aim for on 61.5? There is a list in the FAQ section of 'strong transponders to aim for' Not sure if that sat is included though.
Your last sentence was about aiming a sep dish at 118.7? I dont know anything about
that satellite, is prob dishnetwork or directv, in which case there prob wont be much unscrambled, free to air signals on it. We don't do any hacking here, no discussion of such is allowed.
