Strange on Screen Icon on 622

I am off this morning and setting around watching some TV and all of a sudden a strange ICON starts showing up on my TV. I have looked through the user guide and cant figure what it is and I figured someone here might know.

That is the trigger icon. If you hit the select button it sould do something for you.

It's supposed to be a letter "i" as in "interactive".

Yeah, thats the icon that SHOULD come up on the weather channel. When watching the weather channel, that icon should come up and then when you push select, your local weather comes up. Only problem is DISH announced that feature 2 years ago, but yet they never finished it!

If you want to disable this enhancement, do the following: Menu --> 6 --> 1--> 6

It also comes up on CH. 405 TVG. I don't live in one of the states you can bet in,so it is useless for me.
