Don't really know what's going on here, but I've had dealings with Tate. He did an install for me. Did everything professionally and on schedule. He's always promptly responded to my questions and concerns on stuff and is very knowledgeable.

So, um........Chill out, its Memorial Day weekend. I'm quite sure he'll get back to you.

Are we making this big of a deal over a stupid satellite system?

Ok first I did not promise anything to you. Second every time you emailed me I got back to you. I even remember helping you with that 6000 problem you were having at the end of March.

You wrote me an email wanting to buy a new 9000 system to test. First I explained that the location you sent was not covered under the Spaceway 3 spot beam. You told me you would like to try the new 9000 system out for yourself with a .98 antenna. I came back to you a day later and explained that no one could get a .98 dish as of right now and I still have not seen a .98 KA dish in our warehouse yet. Even the .98 system we have been installing since we went full blown KA have been 7000 units. You told me you had .98 dishes. This is the first indication I had that this was deal was not going to turn out good, because if you were a certified installer like you say you are, you would have known were you could go online to the website Hughes has had for years and years, get some info, and take a test for the KA system, and that the KA dishes have a different design due to the radio unit. This information I am referring to was published long before we started this whole ordeal.


I then asked you a follow up question about were you were getting the new tools you need to install the units. You did not know what tools you needed "see earlier about me saying something about a certified installer", I explained that there were a couple of tools you have to have to install the new KA system. This is the biggest problem we have, BECAUSE "and I explained this to you" the KA system is brand new and every installer is having to purchase these new tools to install the system. Our company only got enough tools to pass out the 15 or so techs we have. We cannot order any more at this time and do not know when we will be able to order any SORRY!

So basiclly what this boils down to is someone whining :river worst than my 4 year old and just wasting my time for the last 10 minutes I spent explaining this to you again. I think you need to grow up and act a bit more professional about things. If you are a certified installer find out were to get information other than the Montana Satellite Site you referenced in one of those emails you claim I never got back to you on. Get yourself set up with a distributor so you can order directly through them "then you would not have to worry with the headache of putting up with me now would you" so they could tell you the same stuff I have been telling you for the last few weeks. If you have not figured it out yet you can look elsewhere for you system. You are giving me this many problems now, I hate to think what life would be like when you had the system in your hands trying to set it up.

If you email me in the future and don't get a reply don't worry its just you I don't reply back to.

This is how y6ou deal with people trying to do business with you? You seem to be a kid, but little did I expect that you act like one all the time. You are nothing but a lame F**K.
