It is a shame that it will take almost a year to issue the report on the in-state issue. Those of us who have no access to in-state broadcasts have been waiting a long time for this.

I bet the biggest bump for Dish/DIRECTV will be that if the local station cuts the signal because of $$, they can still have the same network in SV.

Would sure even out the negotiations, if this is allowed during contract disputes. " We don't need your stinking Fox/Abc/NBC/CBS stations!"
