An email to ceo@echostar.com took care of it. They said that annual customers did not have it put on their account but since I have autopay they could set it up.
They also said to let them know if I planned on removing autopay because then they would have to set it up a different way.

I was just put on a free preview for Starz and did not get it set up in my acct for the year special. How do I get in touch with the Internet Response Team (Matt?) Can you help me with this ?
