starting all over with c band, wich satellite to buy

i wanted to know which dish is better in regards to mount

fortec star new version 1.8m 6foot polar mount

or sadoun 6 foot dish with polar mount

i've heard sadouns mount aint so good but who know its cheaper price

than the fortec star new version 6foot dish

just wondering what anyones experience also has been?

im trying to keep it down to feet solid metal dish

since there is some space for that 6 foot dish only


i also wanted to know what lnb for ku band and c band with polorator motor workss good and what lnbs

standard one

i already have a chapparal but everything i do now will be from new sources im guessing that

sadoun been around and fortec star as well


is there something economic like those or newer stuff around

Call Sadoun and check availability before ordering anything. I ordered one of those 6' dish systems last year when I wanted to get into FTA. After placing my order online I got a call from him stating that they only had the dishes, no polar mount, and that he didn't think he would be getting any more in. Also remember reading a thread recently where someone else had the same experience with merchandise being advertised on the website that isn't available anymore.

Keep an eye on
Kijiji, eBay, and Craigslist dishes for you to take a look at for one near you.
Sure, you'll have to dismantle and transport but it will probably be a larger dish [better performing].
Place a 'wanted' ad in the local paper?? Or on the bulletin board of the local grocery???
